AIRPORTS

There are two international airports convenient to the GMR in Burlington,VT and Albany, NY.

The Burlington International Airport is a two hour forty-five minute drive (125 miles) from Bennington. Airlines that service Burlington are Continental, Delta, JetBlue, Northwest, United, and US Airways.

The Albany International Airport is three hours (150 miles) from Burlington and an hour (40 miles) from Bennington. Airlines that service Albany include Continental, Delta, JetBlue, Northwest, Southwest, United, and US Airways.

THE START IN JEFFERSONVILLE

Plan to arrive at the start at the Cambridge Elementary School one hour before your team's scheduled start time. This is necessary for the team to go through the check-in process, equipment safety check, and to pick up the team's shirts and goodie bags.

AFTER THE RELAY

Consider spending some time in Vermont after the relay to take advantage of local events or other outdoor activities.
