VAN RENTAL INFORMATION

The Green Mountain Relay is happy to partner with Enterprise Rent-A-Car to offer registered teams a discounted rate for rental vans.

ADVANTAGES OF RENTING THROUGH ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR:

• A discounted rate

• Offices at Burlington, Albany, and Manchester Airports, as well as all over New England.

• Your rental is on a corporate account – corporate account rentals are given priority over the average rental, which means your vehicle is essentially guaranteed (allowing for the extreme exception: mechanical breakdown, etc.)

• We have an agreement with Enterprise so that there will NOT be a charge for extra drivers (as many rental car companies will). If the Enterprise branch does try to charge you, please ask them to read the conditions for the Timberline Events account.

DISCOUNTED PRICES (NOT INCLUDING TAX) FOR THE GMR WITHIN VERMONT, NEW HAMPSHIRE, MAINE, MASSACHUSETTS, AND UPSTATE NEW YORK ARE:

• Minivans: $70.00/day

• Medium SUVs: $80.00/day

• Large SUVs (includes Expeditions, Tahoe’s, Yukon’s, Durango’s): $100/day

• Accident Insurance - $19.99/day with no deductible

• Liability Insurance - $11.95/day

These rates are only available when booked online through the Enterprise website.

IF YOU RENT THROUGH ENTERPRISE OUTIDE OF THE LISTED AREAS, THE GREEN MOUNTAIN RELAY HAS EXCLUSIVE DISCOUNTED RATES THAT COULD BE DIFFERENT THAN LISTED ABOVE.

IF YOU FIND A CHEAPER RATE WITH ANOTHER RENTAL COMPANY, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL BRANCH AND THEY WILL DO THEIR BEST TO MATCH THAT RATE.

All drivers must present legible copies of their driver’s license to Enterprise at the rental counter. Some offices may require all drivers to provide a drivers license AND a valid credit card.
